Challenges make us stronger ! :)

Language barrier is one of the problems I encountered during my practicum and that is unavoidable because they are more on their own language. I tried understanding them by learning the basic language and by using translator so that I will be able to manage the class. My mentor also helped me when students asked me questions using Bahasa so I can answer their questions. To avoid class distraction and misbehaviour I established rules for the classroom management and it helps. For active participation of some students, I always prepared my motivation or some rewards so that everyone will participate in class.
