This are unavoidable but we can always manage with firm rules! :)

To avoid class distraction and misbehaviour I established rules for the classroom management and it helps. For active participation of students, I always prepared my motivation or some rewards so that everyone will participate in class. For students who are not listening, I always stay beside him/her so that I can check him every time he/she is doing something.
