Last City Tour! :)
I was so excited for the city tour for the last time. I told to myself that I should enjoy the last chance visiting the tourist spots in Indonesia. A week before, we were informed who were our buddies for the trip. It was Kuya Hadziq and Anggie. Anggie who was once an intern in MMMSU, Philippines was very close to my heart. She was like a sister to me. We also met Madeline, a Darmasiswa student accompanied by Evo and one student buddy. They were our buddies for the last time. So they all fetched us to our hostel. Before we left at the hostel, we prayed together to have a safe trip. During our road trip, we had a lot of happy memories. We sing together, laughed with different jokes and stories and a lot of unforgettable moments. It took 3 hours from Semarang to our first destination, the BOROBUDUR TEMPLE. But before we enter the temple, we had our lunch at. The sun shines too hot but still have to go on top. On top of the temple was great.

We went to our last destination in Jyojakarta. A place where there are a lot of things like souvenirs. It is where you can buy cheap and bulk items.

With all the happy memories we had yesterday, I woke up thinking that I only have 3 days left in Semarang and makes so sad. I continue my teaching in different class. I enjoyed teaching and students enjoyed my teaching too. I used different strategies and gave different activities in different grade level.

I fixed all my things because going home after 2 days is real and that’s a sad thing.

We still went to our practicum school and teach my class. Every student was very active and participative. They let me feel that I was able to teach them clearly. When I informed them that it was my last day of teaching, they were all sad and some students hugged me and told me that I should come back after a year and I just nodded. Even madam Principal told me that it was so fast. The days went so fast and a couple of hours we were leaving so we took a lot of pictures with her.

Courtesy Visit :)
We had our courtesy visit to the rector (The President) of Universitas PGRI Semarang. We thanked them for being our receiving school and for the hospitality they showed to us during our stay in Semarang City. We also gave them a token of Appreciation from our University, Benguet State University for the good partnership.

The Farewell Day! :(
Sad to think that I only have one night to stay.
Last night, Dr. Nur informed us our agenda for today. Before 8 am, they should fetch us at the Hotel to have our farewell party at SD Supriyadi but we took Grabcar because Kuya Hadziq said that the UPGRIS car was in use that time. Last night I prepared 40 emoji stickers laminated with clear tape for the rewards of my students and gave it to my mentor. I was very emotional with the messages of the school Principal. I was about to cry but I have to be strong because there are students outside waiting for us. The administration and staff gave us wonderful messages and that made me very grateful. I never doubted to say that they were really good to me and students are lovable too. It was our home school for almost a month and now, we were leaving with some of the gifts from our mentors and a gift of life shared memories with the SD Supriyadi family.
We took a lot of photos with the great people of the school but I left the school with teary eyes because I wasn’t able to say goodbye to some of my class.
At 10 am we had our courtesy visit to the Vector (President) of UPGRIS.
